# Live GPS check in berbentuk garis lurus

Fitur Live GPS Attendance akan membuat garis pada peta berdasarkan perjalanan yang ditempuh oleh pengguna. Namun, seorang pengguna bisa mengalami keadaan dimana garis akan berbentuk lurus dan tidak sesuai dengan jalur yang ditempuh.

Ada beberapa kondisi yang menyebabkan hal itu terjadi yaitu:

1. Pengguna tidak [mengunci aplikasi](/faq/android/mengunci-aplikasi-qontak.md) sehingga proses pengambilan data lokasi dihentikan oleh sistem operasi Android. 
2. Terdapat error pada GPS perangkat. Hal-hal yang bisa dilakukan untuk menangani masalah ini yaitu: dengan menghidupkan dan mematikan GPS; atau merestart perangkat.

Adapun tanda-tanda Live GPS Attendance mengalami error yaitu:

* Banner notifikasi Live GPS Attendance hilang.
* Tidak bisa mendapatkan alamat.
